Client Management

The Client section allows administrators to manage Client accounts efficiently. It provides essential details of Client details with Client Users - Name, Valid Email, and Password & Optional fields will be auto-assigned if left blank.

Create a New Client

  1. Access Client Section:

    • Go to the Settings option and select the Client tab.
    • Click on the + sign on right bottom corner to open the form for adding a new Client.
    • Select the Reseller from drop down in Add Client page & add the Client details.
  2. Enter Client User Details:

    • Click on created Client, Click New User + & fill the details of the Client User
    • Provide the Client Name, Email, and Password & Other fields are optional.
  3. Enter other details (if required):

    • Preferences: Set your preferences like contact number, Default map type, coordinate format, Speed unit, distance unit, altitude unit, volume unit, currency unit, time zone etc.

    • Recipients: Enter maximum 4 Email Ids of recipients for sending notifications etc.

    • Location: Enter coordinates of the Client location with zoom level (1-22)

    • Permissions: Assign different permissions to the Client from the list according to the requirement. Some of the permissions are

      • Expiration
      • Device Limit
      • Disabled
      • Read only
      • Disable Reports
      • Immobilizer
    • Attributes: Different attributes can be selected from the drop-down list according to requirement like Show Geofences, Live routes, Show directions, Device title, Sound alarms etc.

  4. Save the Client:

    • Review the entered details and assigned resources. Click the Save button to create the new Client account.

Managing Existing Clients

  1. Edit Client Details:

    • To Edit an existing Client, then click the Edit icon in the Actions column to update the necessary details and save the changes.
  2. Edit Client User:

    • To Edit an existing Client User, then click on Client name & Click the Edit icon in the User Actions column and update the necessary details and save changes.
  3. Login Client:

    • Click on the existing Client, To Login an existing Client User, click on login icon in the User Actions column.
  4. Delete Client:

    • Click on the existing Client, To permanently delete a Client User, click on Delete icon in the User Actions column and confirm the action to remove the Client account.
  5. Connections:

    • Click on the existing Client, click on Connections icon in the Client User Actions column. To assign the Geofence, Notification, Driver, Maintenance, Group, Calendar & Devices to the Client User.
