Reseller Management

The Reseller section allows administrators to manage Reseller accounts efficiently. It provides essential details of Reseller details with Reseller Users - Name, Valid Email, and Password & Optional fields will be auto-assigned if left blank.

Create a New Reseller User

1. Access Reseller Section:

   • Go to the Settings option and select the Reseller tab.
   • Click on the + sign on right bottom corner to open the form for adding a new Reseller.

2. Enter Reseller User Details:

   • Click on created Reseller , Click New User + & fill the details of the Reseller User
   • Provide the Reseller Name, Email, and Password & Other fields are optional.

3. Enter other details (if required):

   • Preferences: Set your preferences like contact number, Default map type, coordinate format, Speed unit, distance unit, altitude unit, volume unit, currency unit, time zone etc.

   • Recipients: Enter maximum 4 Email Ids of recipients for sending notifications etc.

   • Location: Enter coordinates of the Reseller location with zoom level (1-22)

   • Permissions: Assign different permissions to the Reseller from the list according to the requirement. Some of the permissions are

     • Expiration
     • Device Limit
     • User Limit
     • Disabled
     • Read only
     • Disable Reports
     • Immobilizer
     • Edit Device Expiration

   • Attributes: Different attributes can be selected from the drop-down list according to requirement like Show Geofences, Live routes, Show directions, Device title, Sound alarms etc.

4. Save the Reseller:

   • Review the entered details and assigned resources. Click the Save button to create the new Reseller account.

Managing Existing Reseller

1. Edit Reseller Details:

   • To Edit an existing Reseller, then click the Edit icon in the Actions column to update the necessary details and save the changes.

2. Edit Reseller User:

   • To Edit an existing Reseller User, then click on Reseller name & Click the Edit icon in the User Actions column and update the necessary details and save changes.

3. Login Reseller:

   • Click on the existing Reseller, To Login an existing Reseller User, click on login icon in the User Actions column.

4. Delete Reseller:

   • Click on the existing Reseller, To permanently delete a Reseller User, click on Delete icon in the User Actions column and confirm the action to remove the Reseller account.

5. Connections:

   • Click on the existing Reseller, click on Connections icon in the Reseller User Actions column. To assign the Geofence, Notification, Driver, Maintenance, Group, Calendar & Devices to the Reseller user.
